Choosing the right cookware is of paramount importance. Cooking is a popular hobby for many people.

So it makes sense that the cookware fits exactly on the hob in order to make optimal use of the heat.

But it's always worth it, because the food hardly burns in it and the material is extremely easy to care for. You shouldn't use detergent here, just wipe it off with a cloth or rinse it out with hot water.
Use non-stick pans
Furthermore, non-stick pans can be used for frying, whereby it must be ensured that only wooden spoons or plastic cutlery are used to stir or turn the food.
If you use metallic objects for stirring, the coated pans scratch very quickly and the food burns. The low-fat frying is very easy here, as you only need a little oil.
However, there are also a few disadvantages to cookware. The pots, which should be robust and resistant, have stainless steel handles. Since this conducts heat well, not only does the pot get hot, but also the handles. If careless, this can lead to injuries.
Therefore it is advisable to use pot holders. Other pots, for example, have wooden or plastic handles, but here they wear out quickly so that the handles break off prematurely.
As already mentioned, there are all kinds of tableware to buy and the prices fluctuate a lot. There are inexpensive pot sets and pans that do not always promise a long shelf life and more expensive models that are often impractical to use for private use.
When buying, you should pay attention to a good price-performance ratio. You should always consider which cooking methods you are using.
