What is an ice cream maker?

How does an ice cream maker work at home?

The devices for the home are smaller and lighter than those used in gastronomy. You can use it to make around 1,7 liters (depending on the model) of ice cream at once. In most cases, the stirrers are inserted into the bowl with the mass from above. This is practical because there is less loss in the end. An integrated cooling system ensures constant cooling during the processing process. In very few cases more is required. You fill the container with your ingredients, assemble the machine and press start or set the time.
